MS ORANGE ART报名须知
一 报名缴费方式：
1. 所有学生都需要填写学生登记表，和客服确认班次并付款后才保留位置；
2. 学期课程需按学期一次性付费；
3. 付款方式: Email-transfer，支票和现金三种，如果所付支票被银行退回，需另加收手续费 $40；
4. 学费金额须加HST；
5. E-transfer 邮箱：info@msorangeart.ca 转款请备注孩子名字和报名班次；
6. 支票抬头：Ms Orange Academy of Art Inc.
二 退款政策：
1. 报名缴费后在开课一周前因个人原因无法继续课程，在扣除$30行政费用后可安排退款；开课前一周内不再接受退款处理；
2. 如果因学校原因取消课程，学费可留作CREDIT或者全额退款；
3. 如果因生病或其他不可抗拒力等特殊情况不能继续完成学期课程，可和学校协商保留CREDIT。
三 调课、请假与补课：
1. 每周的常规课程老师都会根据教学大纲备课、准备材料。请学生如无特殊情况能按时上课，避免影响学习的连贯性从而影响学习效果及孩子学习的兴趣和积极性。如孩子无法正常参加当周课程，请您务必提前24小时以上请假；
2. 请假需通过电邮方式通知学校 （电邮： office@msorangeart.ca ) 邮件主题注明学生first, last name，请假班次及时间。学校只接受电邮请假方式， 电话或微信请假将不被记录；
3. 如未请假且未出席当天的课程，将视为旷课，该次课程将会计入学生已上课时；
4. 如因个人原因调整班次，开课后两周内可接受免费转班申请，之后每次将收取行政费$30元；
5. 不同班次由不同老师授课。很多时候需要两节课完成一件作品，为保证课堂教学质量，正常课恕不安排其他班级学生临时补课；
6. 每个学期因个人原因请假的次数上限为2次，补课时间将由学校统一安排。补课需在本学期内完成，未能完成的课时恕不保留至下学期；
7. 保留的CREDIT有效期为一年。
四 上课制度：
1. 请家长确认好上课时间，不要迟到。为避免影响课堂内其他孩子的注意力，开课10分钟后将谢绝学生进入教室；
2. 上课会用到不同媒介的材质，不能保证颜料不会沾染到身上，有些颜料比如丙烯极难洗掉，所以请学生穿耐脏的衣服来上课；
3. 学生可随身携带一瓶水进入课堂，请不要将饮料、零食、及电子产品带入教室（平板绘画班学生除外）；
4. 因课程衔接紧凑及人手有限，出于安全因素考虑，请家长准时在门口等候孩子下课，超过10分钟未接我们将收取延时费用，如有特殊情况，可及时与客服联系。

CONSENTS AND WAIVERS
While my child attends Ms Orange Learning Centre/Ms Orange Academy of Art activities, I assume full responsibility for any injury, loss or damage which he/she might suffer in connection with their participation in various activities. In addition, I, for myself, my child, any of my personal representatives, heirs, or successors, release and connection with the above event, and waive all my rights thereto. I also grant the organizers the irrevocable right to use as they see fit for publicity, advertising or related purposes, my child's name, voice or physical appearance or any comments of my child's concerning the event. I acknowledge having read and understood the above and agree to each term. I hereby give Ms Orange Learning Centre/Ms Orange Academy of Art the right and permission to publish/broadcast, without charge, photographs/images/videos taken of the above listed participant during his or her participation in the program. These photographs/images/videos may be used in publication, including electronic publications during TV broadcast or in audio visual presentations, promotional literature, advertising or in other similar ways.
I understand and agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
